Career Start is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Rochester, NY. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of marketing initiatives including content creation, social media, website updates, billboard campaigns, and occasional TV spots. They’ll oversee the marketing calendar, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure brand consistency across all channels while occasionally supporting related businesses.
Shift: Monday through Friday – 8 am to 5 pm (Can be flexible on shift times)
Pay/Benefits of Marketing Coordinator:
$50K to $60K depending on experience

Responsibilities of Marketing Coordinator:
Content Coordination: You’ll lead the charge in organizing engaging content—blog posts, graphics, maybe even some videos. You’ll work with our in-house team and creative freelancers to keep a consistent stream of great material coming
Social Media Management: From planning to posting, you’ll own our social media calendar. You’ll ensure our content feels just like us—friendly, fun, and full of value.
Billboard Campaigns: You’ll help manage our billboard ads across New York, ensuring the message is clear, on-brand, and turning heads.
Website Maintenance: Keeping our website fresh, user-friendly, and on-brand will be a key part of your role. You’ll help make sure it’s always a great first impression.
TV Commercial Coordination: When we go on-air, you’ll be involved in organizing the production and schedule of our TV spots. Lights, camera, Four Winds!
Marketing Plan Management: You’ll be the glue that holds our marketing plan together—tracking progress, keeping deadlines, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Cross-Brand Collaboration: Occasionally, you’ll get to flex your marketing muscles by supporting some of our affiliated local and regional businesses. Don’t worry—you’ll always be part of the Four Winds Chimney crew, but you’ll get to dabble in some new and exciting projects.
Requirements of Marketing Coordinator:
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Previous experience with video editing, content strategy, SEO, HubSpot, etc. is preferred
