Career Start is currently seeking a Supply Chain Administrator in Pulaski, NY. To be considered for this Supply Chain Administrator position, candidates must be skilled in SAP systems and creative thinking/problem-solving.

Schedule of the Supply Chain Administrator:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Administrator:

  • Creating and maintaining customer invoices
  • Tracking containers and providing updates to changes in delivery schedule
  • Accurately perform inventory management of finished and semi-finished in SAP/Small Format.
  • SAP, Small Format and SFDC file maintenance
  • Provide support for Supply Chain (Customer Service, Purchasing, and Planning) related roles as needed.
  • Perform and assist with cycle counts.
  • Posting paper into SAP and format systems.
  • Order office supplies and other supplies as needed
  • Developing and improving procedures, work instructions, and forms.
  • Provide administrative support and carry out additional tasks for the Supply Chain Manager.

Requirements of the Supply Chain Administrator:

  • High-School Diploma required (some college is preferred)
  • 3+ years experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • SAP Software experience required (2 years minimum preferred)
  • Knowledgeable or able to quickly learn Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Small Format, Shop Floor systems and PIE Specification management System
  • Excellent written/oral communication and listening skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic and persistent
  • Takes initiative and is not afraid to ask questions.
  • Willingness to learn, retain, and apply new information
  • Regular interaction with multiple departments to achieve goals and overall success
  • Operate with a high degree of independence with adherence to agreed upon policies, targets, and budgets.
  • Understanding of SAP, ERP and MRP systems

Pay: $55,000-$$65,000 annually
