Benefits & Pay of Environmental, Health & Safety Coordinator:
$55,000 to $70,000 based on experience
Responsibilities of Environmental, Health & Safety Coordinator:
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and maintain records.
Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives in the EHS program
Conduct safety training on hazard communication, emergency response, and facility safety.
Maintain ongoing education for team members on safety procedures.
Regularly communicate safety performance and initiatives to management, team members, and stakeholders.
Develop and implement emergency response plans, conducting drills for readiness.
Stay current on local, state, and federal regulations related to environmental health and safety. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Develop, implement, and update environmental health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements of Environmental, Health & Safety Coordinator:
Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Engineering, or related field
3 + years of professional safety and health experience. Prior experience in a manufacturing facility is a plus
Working knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and ANSI regulations and experience with regulatory training
