Responsibilities of the Bakery Technician:
- Achieve assigned goals in production, safety, quality, performance, and cost
- Clean and sanitize bakery equipment as per operating procedures and checklists
- Set up, operate, and monitor bakery equipment to meet quality standards and scheduled checks
- Supply equipment with necessary materials for production
- Monitor equipment for production quality and promptly report issues to management
- Learn and execute bakery processes within established guidelines
Requirements of the Bakery Technician:
- GED of High School Diploma
