Responsibilities of the Food Service Worker:
- Cook quality meals and baked goods, manage daily transaction reports, and understand meal inclusions
- Store food properly, serve meals on schedule, maintain kitchen equipment, and adhere to food safety regulations
- Assist in major cleaning of kitchen equipment, maintain clean work areas, and manage waste disposal efficiently
- Follow menu guidelines, supervise food temperatures, ensure visual appeal of food, and comply with uniform and safety standards
Requirements of the Food Service Worker:
- Previous food service experience preferred; must own black pants and slip-resistant shoes, and hold a Food Service Certificate if required
- Strong skills in customer interaction
- Capable of physical demands like lifting and standing, and able to read and follow instructions effectively
