Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:   
  • Get units ready for occupancy.
  • Maintain an appealing exterior appearance of the property.
  • Interact with residents in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide trash valet service when necessary and conduct daily trash collection.
  • Help with various maintenance tasks as needed, including exterior projects, painting, pressure washing, irrigation repairs, and groundskeeping.
Requirements of the Maintenance Technician:   
  • General maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical and carpentry
  • Experience in residential apartment maintenance a plus
